Itinerary:

DAY 01, Arrive HARIDWAR: Arrive Haridwar. Meeting on arrival and transfer to hotel. On arrival check-in at hotel. In the evening visit Hari Ki Pauri & participate in Ganga aarti. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.  

 
DAY 02, HARIDWAR - MUSSOORIE - KEMPTY FALLS - BARKOT (7 – 8 Hrs): Today morning drive to Barkot. Enroute visit Kempty fall & Lakha Mandal. Arrive Barkot, beautiful small town on Yamunotri road and check into at hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

 
DAY 03,  BARKOT - YAMUNOTRI - BARKOT (35 Kms + 7 kms trek - one side): Today morning drive to Janki Chatti and trek to Yamunotri (Horse/Doli available at your own cost). After darshan return to Barkot.  Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.  
 
DAY 04,  BARKOT - UTTARKASHI (100 KMS, 4 hrs): Morning drive to Uttarkashi. Arrive in the afternoon & check into the hotel. Later visit Vishwanath Temple.  Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.  
 
DAY 05, UTTARKASHI - HARSIL - GANGOTRI - UTTARKASHI (100 kms/03 hrs one way): Today morning drive to Gangotri (3048 mts). Enroute visit Harsil, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the high Himalayas. On arrival Gangotri Temple Darshan and later drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 06, UTTARKASHI - GUPTKASHI (210 kms / 9 - 10 hrs): Morning drive to Guptkashi. Arrive in the afternoon and check into the luxury tented Camp. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.  
 
DAY 07, Guptakashi - SRI KEDARNATH (30 Kms Drive + 20 Kms Trek): After early breakfast leave by vehicle up to Gaurikund. From where, you will start a 20 Kms (around 6-7 hrs) trek to Kedarnath.  On arrival at Kedarnath check-in at hotel. Later visit temple during evening Arti Ceremony. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 08, SRI KEDARNATH Ji - GUPTKASHI: Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek' to Kedarnath Shiva. Later this day after breakafst, check-out and start your journey back to Guptakashi. Arrive and check-in at hotel. Rest of day at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 09, GUPTKASHI - SRI BADRINATH JI (190 kms, 8 - 9 hrs): Morning drive to Sri Badrinathji. Arrive Badrinath ji in the evening & check into the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.  

 
DAY 10, SRI BADRINATH - Rudraprayag (156 KMS/6-7 HRS): Morning temple visit. Late morning drive to Rudraprayag. Arrive and check into the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

 
DAY 11,  Rudraprayag - HARIDWAR (163 KMS, 5-6 HRS: Morning drive to Haridwar. En route visit Dev Prayag and Rishikesh. Arrive Haridwar & check into the hotel. In the evening visit Har Ki Pauri to see arti ceremony. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

 
 DAY 12, HARIDWAR - Onward destination: Today in time transfer to railway station/ airport to board train/ flight back home. *** SERVICES END ***

Payment Policy:

1. At the time of registration Minimum amount would be 25% of Package cost.

2. 45 days before date of departure date: 50% of total cost.

3. 30 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost.

4. Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment not be done.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your Holiday

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person:

• 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
• 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
• Cancellation charges also depends on the Season and hotel/Flight Cancellation Charges.
• Rate of exchange (ROE) difference will be collected on the day of final collection of payment, which will depend on the ROE of that particular day.
